These terms cover the use of otumia.com and the phone line published on it. They are not the agreement under which Otumia provides its service to a customer; that is a separate agreement, confirmed at signup and in writing.
What this website is
Information about Otumia's revenue recovery platform for roofing companies, a calculator that estimates revenue lost to process gaps, and ways to ask us to get in touch: a contact form, an early-partner application, and an AI-answered phone line.
The calculator and its report
The revenue-leak calculator produces an estimate from the numbers you enter and the assumptions it states on the page. It is an opportunity model, not a measurement of your business and not a promise of results. When Otumia reports revenue it has recovered for a customer, each dollar is tied to its evidence in that customer's revenue ledger; nothing on this website is such a report.
Applications and contact requests
Sending an application or a contact request asks us to get in touch. It does not create a subscription, reserve pricing, or commit either of us to anything. What we offer, and on what terms, is confirmed at signup.
Pricing and promotional terms
Plan prices and any founding-partner or promotional terms are as published on the Pricing page on the date you sign up and as confirmed in the signup flow. The Pricing page may change; a change does not alter terms already confirmed with a customer.
The AI phone line
The number published on this site is answered by Otumia's AI phone assistant so that you can hear how it works. It can take your details and arrange for a person to follow up. It does not enter into agreements on Otumia's behalf, and nothing it says is a quote, a guarantee or advice.
Acceptable use
Use the forms and the phone line for genuine enquiries. Do not submit another person's details without their permission, probe or overload the site, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Content and availability
The content of this site belongs to Otumia, Inc. and may be quoted with attribution. Sample calls, dashboards and scenarios shown on this site illustrate how the product works; where a scenario is an example rather than a customer's record, the page says so. We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, and information here is provided as it is.
Privacy
How we handle what you share with us is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
When these terms change, the version and effective date at the top of this page change with them.
